ROLE
You will join our Toulouse team in an agile and innovative environment. As a key member of our technical team, you will work closely with the Head of Engineering as well as our DevOps Engineer based in France.
You will contribute to the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure infrastructures. You will also collaborate with development teams to deliver the product, implement CI/CD pipelines, and support test automation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Infrastructure & Scalability: Evolve and optimize the current infrastructure using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub Actions
- Deployment & Reliability: Deploy highly available, multi-tenant software components.
- Developer Enablement: Support developers in understanding their needs and implementing efficient CI/CD pipelines.
- Observability & Performance: Manage and optimize monitoring tools to anticipate issues, detect bugs, and improve performance.
- Security & Governance: Ensure the protection of sensitive data and compliance with cybersecurity standards (DevSecOps).
- Documentation: Write and maintain up-to-date technical documentation (processes, infrastructure, procedures).
- Technology Watch: Stay up to date with the latest DevOps innovations and cybersecurity challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a cloud environment.
Languages: Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken, international context).
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Experience deploying highly available services on AWS or another public cloud provider
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
- Experience with containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub workflows), particularly for Python and/or Go applications
- Strong understanding of Git workflows and the software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Bash and/or Python scripting
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL (PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of networking, Linux system administration, and cybersecurity
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) and data residency requirements (e.g., GDPR)
