The opportunity
This is a 5-month fixed-term contract (July to November 2026), covering a maternity leave. You are stepping into a fully operational marketing function, with campaigns running, events on the calendar, and a CRM that is already set up and active.
You will own the execution across events, campaigns, content, and CRM, working directly with the Head of Sales & Marketing on a market Connektica is actively growing in Europe and North America. The groundwork is already laid, from playbooks to processes, so you can hit the ground running and focus on what matters: keeping campaigns moving and pipeline flowing.
Key responsibilities
- Own the execution of our key industry events (Europe and North America): coordinate with organizers, manage logistics, drive meeting bookings, and make sure every conversation turns into a captured, qualified contact.
- Run campaigns end-to-end for events and monthly webinars: build and launch email sequences, manage workflows in HubSpot, coordinate LinkedIn promotion, and own the timeline from brief to send.
- Generate and structure leads for sales: capture contacts from events and webinars, qualify them, and route clean, usable data into HubSpot so the sales team can move without friction.
- Produce content that drives pipeline: write LinkedIn posts, prepare webinar promotion, and shape customer inputs into case studies that actually move deals forward.
- Keep the CRM reliable: manage lists, workflows, and data quality so that every campaign is built on a foundation sales can trust.
- Work from proven playbooks: follow defined processes across campaigns and events, and keep execution consistent and on track from day one.
What’s needed
- Execution-focused: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or marketing operations. You take ownership of your work: you know how to run campaigns, manage events, and keep a CRM clean.
- Worked with a CRM before: you know how to manage lists, build basic workflows, and keep data clean. HubSpot knowledge is a plus.
- Multi-channel operator: you have run campaigns across email and LinkedIn, and you know how to coordinate the logistics behind events without losing track of the rest.
- Clear communicator: you can write LinkedIn posts, webinar copy, and case study drafts in plain, direct language that moves people to act.
- Bilingual: professional proficiency in French and English, written and spoken (C1).

- Experience in SaaS, industrial, or technical environments.
