The opportunity
Join our growing team as our growth marketing manager and play a pivotal role in building a repeatable acquisition engine beyond trade shows.
This isn’t just another marketing role. You will work directly with the founding team to design growth loops, stand-up measurement, run focused experiments, and turn events + outbound into compounding demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve existing motions: Events (e.g., pre-event targeting, on-site execution, follow-ups), webinars, outbound, and customer referrals.
- Launch & manage experiments to find new growth channels (e.g., paid, SEO/AEO, ABM): build & prioritize the experiment backlog, run rapid tests, share learnings, and productize what works.
- Own website conversion: high-intent landing pages, forms/routing, calendar booking, and CRO experiments
- Strengthen systems, data hygiene & processes to improve measurements and conversions.
- Build the experiment backlog: prioritize by impact/effort, run rapid tests, document learnings, and productize what works into playbooks.
What’s needed
- 4 to 8 years in B2B SaaS growth/demand gen with a track record of shipping experiments that moved pipeline or revenue.
- Acquisition: Comfortable with outbound, account-based marketing, and SEO/AEO
- Content & copy: Crisp, persuasive copy in English & French. Can brief designers or produce simple assets yourself.
- Conversion & lifecycle: Landing page/CRO skills (forms, routing, CTAs, copy), plus email nurtures, onboarding, and simple lead scoring.
- Operator mindset: You can prioritize, run, and document rapid tests; build playbooks once something works; create self-serve templates.
- Ways of working: Bias to action, comfortable with ambiguity, strong collaboration with Sales/Founders, and tight feedback loops.
- Tool fluency: HubSpot, WordPress/Elementor, LinkedIn, GA4, basic HTML/CSS, Zapier/Make, n8n.
- Bilingual: Fluent in French and English (written & spoken).
- Can travel 20% of the time.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in the aerospace & defense industry, manufacturing, or industrial tech.
- Experience working with SMB customers.
