Toulouse, France — 5 February 2026
Connektica and TEKEVER, Europe’s leading provider of AI-powered autonomous systems, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishing a strategic collaboration focused on the digitalisation and automation of Assembly, Integration and Testing (AIT) activities for drone and space programmes.
The agreement supports TEKEVER’s ongoing industrial expansion, following the recent launch of its new Centre of Excellence in Cahors, France, dedicated to the production, integration and testing of dual-use autonomous systems. This investment reflects TEKEVER’s ambition to scale industrial capacity while maintaining the highest standards of execution, traceability and regulatory compliance.
Under the collaboration, Connektica’s digital execution platform will be deployed to support AIT operations, aligning digital workflows with TEKEVER’s industrial realities and the stringent requirements of aerospace and defence programmes.
Aerospace and defence manufacturers are under increasing pressure to scale production rapidly while maintaining uncompromising standards of quality, traceability and compliance.
To address this challenge, Connektica and TEKEVER are working together to implement structured, data-driven AIT processes that enable industrial scale-up without sacrificing execution consistency or evidencing requirements.
The collaboration focuses on key execution capabilities, including:
- Consistent execution across sites, teams and shifts through standardised digital processes
- Automated data capture via integration with test equipment and production systems
- Real-time visibility of execution status to support engineering and production decisions
- Structured management of non-conformities and deviations
- End-to-end traceability of components, configurations and test results across the AIT lifecycle
This approach directly supports TEKEVER’s plans to significantly increase production volumes across multiple programmes in the coming years.
“We are delighted to be working with TEKEVER as they scale their industrial operations. As production volumes increase, consistent execution and data integrity become critical. Our platform enables digital AIT execution that aligns with real industrial constraints, allowing TEKEVER to scale efficiently while maintaining quality and traceability.”
— Jeremy Perrin, CEO & Co-founder, Connektica
“As TEKEVER continues to expand its industrial footprint, digital execution becomes a key enabler of scale, quality and reliability. This collaboration with Connektica allows us to structure and standardise our AIT processes while remaining closely aligned with the realities of production environments. It is a strong foundation to support our growth in France and across Europe.”
— Nadia Maaref, TEKEVER France
The Memorandum of Understanding establishes a long-term framework for collaboration, enabling close cooperation between both teams and the progressive deployment of digital execution capabilities within live industrial environments.
It reflects a shared commitment to advancing digital execution, traceability and data-driven operations in aerospace manufacturing — where reliability, compliance and operational excellence are critical.
